Know Your Body is a set of high-quality health education lessons designed for 7–13-year-olds covering anatomy, menstrual health, FGM, and HPV and cancer with age-appropriate, research-led and interactive information.
Research by The Eve Appeal found that only half of women can correctly label a diagram of the gynae anatomy. 1 in 7 women surveyed had also been put off from visiting the doctor because of embarrassment.
We need to educate the younger generation about their bodies, so they know their normal and are not frightened to talk to someone if something has changed.
